The CIL Energy Law and Policy Team is joined in conversation by Mr Wolfram Tonhauser, who is the former Director and Head of the Nuclear and Treaty Law Section in the Office of Legal Affairs of the International Atomic Energy Agency, or the IAEA. He is also the Chairperson of the International Group of Legal Experts on Fusion Energy (FELEX).
